Quench your thirst on a hot day with our cold brew coffee recipe. Follow these steps to create a refreshing iced coffee experience:

  1. Prepare a glass container or a French Press with a capacity of at least 1.5L.
  2. Weigh out 100g of whole bean coffee.
  3. Grind the coffee using a coarse setting, approximately 27 clicks on the Comandante grinder.
  4. Add the ground coffee into your chosen container and fill it with 1L of room temperature water, maintaining a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio.
  5. Gently stir the slurry on top to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully submerged.
  6. Keep the container in the refrigerator or at room temperature, away from sunlight or heat.
  7. After 10-12 hours of steeping, filter out the coffee grounds using cheesecloth or a paper filter into a separate carafe.
  8. Transfer your finished cold brew into a bottle and store it refrigerated. It will stay fresh for 1 to 2 weeks.
  9. Enjoy your cold brew as a refreshing iced coffee on its own or add a dash of milk for added creaminess.
